gamavor
Firstly, I think very few can win the title ally and a partner in the same time. What makes a country attractive as a partner most of the time will not qualify her as an ally and not as an exception vice-verse. I think we need to go by regions. So here is my list of priority countries: In our own: Georgia, Iran, and Russia In Eastern Europe: Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia (we enjoyed excellent relationships with all of them), Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus (of course:)). In Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan. In the Balkans: Greece, Romania, Serbia and Monte Negro. In Central Europe: Poland (naturally), Hungary, Slovak Republic, Austria. Western Europe: France, Netherlands, Greece, Belgium, Swiss, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Vatican, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark. In the Middle East and Arab world: UAE, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Sudan, Israel. Far East and Asia: China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia. Central and Latin America: Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, and Colombia. In the English speaking world: Canada (oops:)), Australia.
