hyebruin Posted June 26, 2003 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2003 so, has anyone bought the new tata cd? well i did (actually was a gift!) ...but i must say...and i hope tata reads this!!! i was disappointed! yes, me!! they just don't sound as great as they used to! the only one i really liked was "zepyur g@darnahm" which is a traditional song anyways and the last one "orehr, orehr" "eregohn eejaav"...the rest were Ok! ...and i had heard all these 3 songs before...we need some new songs...stuff like "tsaghigner" or "garabnehr"...something more original and definitely more tata! i still love his music though!! First let me apologize to all th ladies on this forum as it's a bit off color. On Thursday morning on my drive to work I got a call from an executive recruiter who was wondering if I would be interested in a job as a Consultant at "TATA"(It is a outsourcing company from India and they were looking for a technical person to sell their services to the Entertainment industry in LA. The first thought that went through my mind was. I walk in to the Tata headquarters and there is a HUGE picture of Tata Simonian and "Yerevani Axchiner" is constantly playing throughout the complex. I kind of laughed and told the cute story the Alexa and told her that I would not be the appropriate person for selling anything and hung up the phone. Later on that day another thought went through my head. I could have been a Tata Consultant and the meetings would be a blast. Typical conversation at a meeting would have gone something like this. Tata consultant 1: Those are nice Tatas she has.Tata consultant 2: They are okay, but I like the tatas on her better.Tata consultant 3: Maybe you are right. I sure like to feel those Tatas before I can make the final call on the, -----  Okay. I know I am an idiot. Sorry. Can you tell me more about his personal life? I heard he was married but he is divorced now, and he has a child and supposedly he wrote one song for her.and it goes something like this......I don’t really remember the lyrics but this is as much as I can remember I hope you'll be able to figure out which song I am talking about. I absolutely LOVE that song. It's so beautiful and it always manages to bring me to tears. I love Tata's music. It's so meaningful and it's very warming to listen to. Do you know any information about him? Does he play at weddings? I know a couple that would LOVE to have him play at their wedding but they don't know how to contact because he lives in Yerevan. Also, did you type those lyrics or did you find them on the internet? I speak very little Armenian so it would be wonderful if I could find some of his lyrics on the net.
