Jonathan Posted March 25, 2006 Report Share Posted March 25, 2006 I am trying to find any ouds ('uds) or lutes made by my grandfather, Sam (Sarkis) Varjabedian, who lived in Detroit and made ouds from the 1920's until 1963. Even if it is in pieces, I would be interested--either to purchase, or at least to see photographs of it. I also have a website--I think I posted something on this last year when it went up--on Armenian oud makers: www.varjouds.com If anybody has any additions, please let me know.
