The Crimson Jazz Trio is going to be performing there for their CD release party. You may have guessed that the Crimson Jazz Trio plays jazz arrangements of King Crimson's older music and includes Ian Wallace, a former drummer of KC. If you don't live in L.A. but still like the idea then get their CD. I'll probably have my ears to the grouond for that band so if I find out any juicy info I'll, stand up, scrape the pebble off of my lobe and announce it to those it may concern. I listened to the clips. It sounds interesting. And I looked at the track list for the album. I can't wait to hear what they do with "I Talk to the Wind." That's one of the best songs ever. I have to fly up to the San Francisco area to work on a trial and I don't know how long it'll last. Bites a fat one. But maybe it'll work out. I would love to hear them do "I Talk to the Wind" live.
