gamavor
As a part of certification test program the Be-200 has passed set-off test flights for the aircraft, systems and equipment performance in the high air temperature conditions as well for the flight performance in the mountainous terrain. These complicated tests were performed at the mountainous lake Sevan in Armenia, with all expected results achieved. Made were world's first take-off and landing at the height of 2000 m. The aircraft also made take-offs from the water of Sevan Lake with one engine off to simulate emergency take off, water scooping and water bombing. Successful tests passed in Armenia have shown once again the reliability of the Be-200 aircraft along with its applicability to operate in inconvenient environment. http://www.beta-air.com/images/be200/be200.jpg http://www.beta-air.com/eng/press/ Cool!
