Here are two more April 24 related events:

 

1) Friday, April 29th 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: A protest for the recognition of

Armenian Genocide in front of US Federal building. Please plan on attending

this event if possible, and also spread the news to your friends and family

members.

What: Rally for Truth & Justice --- Protest For the Recognition of the Armenian

Genocide

When: Friday, April 29th 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Where: US Federal Building, 11000 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024

There are several buses that will take people to and from the protest, located

at the following central locations. If you would like to take the bus, you need

to be there at the LATEST by *****9:30 AM***** (Two of the locations are

earlier, as noted below):

 

- Burbank: In front of Public library (corner of Olive and Glenoaks).

- Burbank/Glendale: In front of Jons market (corner of Western & Glenoaks).

- Glendale: St. Mary's Church: 500 S. Central.

- Pasadena: Armenian Center, 740 E. Washington. **9:00 AM**

- La Crescenta: Armenian Center, 2633 Honolulu.

- Hollywood: St. Garabed Church, 1614 Alexandria.

- Encino: Holy Martyrs Church/Ferahian, 5300 White Oak.

- Montebello: Mesrobian School: 8110 Paramount. **8:30 AM**

- North Hollywood: Armenian Center: Colfax & Moorpark.

 

2) Thursday, April 28th, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM: Tune in to KPFK radio (90.7 FM).

Radio Intifada presents: POLITICS OF GENOCIDE: The lessons of a 90 year struggle

for recognition of the Armenian Genocide of 1915. Co-produced and co-hosted by
