MosJan
CHARLES AZNAVOUR: GERMANY HAS TO RECOGNIZE THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE According to Agence France-Presse, the French-Armenian singer and composer Charles Aznavour demanded that Germany speaks out about the Armenian Genocide and acknowledges it as France and Switzerland did. The son of Armenian deportee said in an interview to German Die Zeit that Germany is responsible for the Genocide not because it was a regulator but because it was a spectator. They told their ally Turks during the WW I, "Act as you think is good". Aznavour noted that Germany's recognition of the Genocide would be a great step as it will force the allies to follow its example.
Nakharar
Here is the interview in German It will be probably translated as it isn't a very long interview. But the article in "Die Zeit" about the Armenian genocide the previous week is much more interesting.
