I was glad I didn't let my chiro to work on me,I felt I needed a second opinion and my doctor basically told me I had a severe muscle spazm.I went to great physical therapist and she agreed with the doctor and she gave me several exersizes to do and in just one day my back is slowly but surely is strightening up. Thank God nothing was broken.I had some serious down time which brought everything in new perspective.Take nothing for granted and really enjoy what and who you really are including things spiritual.
