Way back, I also posted some Armenian words with apparent Sumerian connections. Some of them, such as "oror" and "gat" are unlikely to be borrowed, and I feel imply a direct ancestral link. What percentage of our ancestry is common with that of ancient Sumerians will probably never be known.
