gamavor Posted February 23, 2005 Report Share Posted February 23, 2005 E-Government is becoming increasingly very popular in Europe with Estonia being the leader, which means that you don't need to be rich in order to have E-Government. It is extremely time efficient and effective way of Governing. I think Foreign Minister Oskanian planted the first seeds of e-government through issuance of electronic visas. With all the potential and Information resources that Armenia through her Diaspora has it is very disturbing that the development of the IT sector in Armenia is not what it should and could be.
