Anoushik
Could be And if there is a God then it'll be an example of God having failed. But then again, God is perfect and can't fail so this'll show that there is no God. (If there is a God and He is not perfect that's also fine but he doesn't deserve the title God.) gevo27
how the heck should i know? style_images/master/snapback.png Then how the heck should i know>? HAHAHAHA.. I do not however think we fail in life, because.. first it can be very relative, and second by having faith in God, that problem goes away.. all we need to do is live our lives in a way that we will be excepted in the kingdom of God... and the road is narrow, and full of vultures.. so be careful, and wear high chok shoes.. take a friend.. and dont look back

Just because you're in a position to appreciate your life and feel a need to thank God others are not so lucky. Think about the millions of people who've been born, suffered and died tragically without any meaning to their lives. And millions of people are suffering as we speak. How can they have faith in anyone? Even if they do who has answered their prayers? Why is there so much poverty in the world? Hunger? Violence? Innocent children are being born into a world of crime and violence and their only means of survival is to turn to crime themselves. If the world didn't start as a failure it is becoming one. DominO123
It depend on what a failure is. If life is the goal, then we are not failures. If there was a creator, to know if we have failed, we must know the goals he has fixed. If this creators goal was to show us we were failures(the way Harut imply), then we would be successes according to Harut, because the goal to show us as failures has been achieved. Failure and success depend on what you fix as failure and success. If a scientist research in a subject, and does not achieve what he/she expected, this will be a failure. This scientist could discover by accident during his research another thing, it won't change the fact that from the point of view of what he/she was previously searching, it was a failure. But if we fix success as only a discovery, this scientist did not fail. Our cells are maining us and premiting us to live, they are succeeding, even if I was to be a failure, from the point of view of my "cells" that succeed, it is a success. What I mean is that, failure and success are both relative, it depend on what we fix as success or failure. If every person had to hacve successes on what they fix as a goal, humanity as an all could still be a failure, if what was considered as a goal at first was not achieved. The same as my cells that build the "me" could succeed, and me fail. If now we take this from the point of view of the multiverse, we are success, from non-life came something so magical, the self-aware matter we are. Because any exceptional thing that could come from the multiverse in my point of view would be a compleat success.
