Paul bunyan Posted October 30, 2001 Report Share Posted October 30, 2001 Now that the US is activly selling out Armenia, giving monies, essentially, free loans, because azeribaijan won't pay any of the money back. and training their troops at a hidden facility in New Mexico. and continouing to withhold the $10 million dollar aid package to NKR until Armenia gives up Karabagh to azeribaijan. this will be what the US government wants as big business can run its pipeline through "azeribaijan territory". Paul bunyan Posted October 30, 2001 Author Report Share Posted October 30, 2001 well, what I'd like to know is how much of the taxpayer's monies actually ends up in Armenia, the USAID money to Armenia how much of the aid money do they really get? also the USAID site was vague as to specifics. being as USAID has been used in the past as a C.I.A tool: they used to Teach latin American dictators new and improved ways to torture.I would be reluctant to believe anything they say.
