thanks helped a lot, how would you write "my family" in Armenian so it was written correctly?

Looking through some old pictures of my friends i found a few things written on the backs and these are words from 2 different pictures, can anyone tell me what they mean please? ive tried looking up in a couple different translation services but have gotten a couple different anwsers. ընտանիք Մյ Ֆամիլյ Im sorry i cant get them to paste over any bigger. Any help would be appreciated
