  1. Try this, I don't see a source for the information, so I can't guarantee its reliability. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armenian_passport you may also try http://www.armeniaforeignministry.com/

  4. Thank you Anoushik. Azeris can spy as much as they want. The truth is that Wikipedia lacks Armenian articles not necessarily connected to Azeris. Two time Olympic champion Albert Azaryan's article was only created yesterday. There are many more that need creation or expansion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wik...s_to_be_created
  5. You guys are all welcome to join us. Armenian articles are in dire need of attention and good writing.
  6. Very good news. I'm sure there are many hidden evidences in private collections that with time they will all surface. As for the Talat. I'll quote our hero "The person I killed is not German. I am not German. You Germans have no reason to be saddened on account of this incident. It does not concern you at all." Soghomon Tehlirian Therefore, the following sentence is issued: "The defendant is acquitted at the expense of the state treasury. In accordance with the decision of the jury, the defendant is not guilty of the punishable act with which he has been charged." 8. Բարեւ Johaness, Yes I'm trying to figure out if what Angus Donal Stewart is saying is true. He says that some of the text was inserted later by Nerses Ballent. Original text was first person but the new additions are from third person. Շնորհակալ եմ:
  9. The reason I wanted this translated is because According Dr. Sylvia Schein, the French translation on that page is accurate. However, another scholar, Angus Donal Stewart says, "The Armenian source cited is the RHC Arm. I version of the 'Chronicle of the Kingdom', but this passage was in fact inserted into the translation of the chronicle by its editor, Dulaurier, and originates in the (unreliable) work of Nerses Balienc." Here is the French translation in English. I can clearly see that the Armenian to French translation is correct. What Angus Donal Stewart is saying, is that the Chronicle is including excerpts from the writing of Nerses Balienc, an unreliable writer from the later fourteenth century. That the "The excerpts are full and very interesting, but of dubious accuracy"... According to the footnote on page 608 of the RHC document... At the bottom it says that the guy who put together the book, inserted a few extra passages, which were from earlier documents that were then translated into Armenian and "retouched", during the 14th century, by a certain Nerses Balient ou Bagh'on... So the challenge is to figure out which parts of the document are the "Chronique", and which are dubious translations of documents that were inserted later. it says that it switches from first person to third person Translation from French
  10. Hello Hyeforum Can someone please help me to translate page 660 of the said book to English. Its written either in Classic Armenian (գրաբար) or Middle Armenian in 1300's. Its about Cilicia and the crusades. I'm having trouble understanding some of the words. requires .pdf reader. The link should take you to page 660 if not just type page 660 in the box next to aller page, then press ok. http://visualiseur.bnf.fr/CadresFenetre?O=...mp;M=imageseule
