Hello, my name is Desiree Boulette. I am a senior at Enrico Fermi High School. My genocide class is trying to get April 24th, as a national day of remembrance for the Armenian genocide. News channel Fox 61 will be doing a segment on us. I have written an article for my school newspaper, and my classmates and I will be sending a letter along with a petition to all 100 U.S. Senators. We have made signs to hang up throughout the school, so people can know what happened to the Armenians. I thought I would let you know, we need to spread the word about the Armenians.
