Just for Historical Reference regarding the title of this book. "Dagh" or "Ler" should be irrelevant. The original Title of this book was "40 DAYS" The "of Musa Dagh" was added later when it was translated. The fact is that this book is a good read and one who reads this book should learn that it is not far from reality. Some research on the Armenian Genocide, specifically the resistance on Musa Ler would be a good companion to the book. FYI the resistance took place for longer then 40 days! How much exactly, do your research and post it there.

Arpa, it is not a question of knowing Armenian or not. Open up a Turkish dictionary and you will find the word "Gazoz" in there; it means "soft drink" in turkish. Now the word may have it's origins from Armenian but that does not make it an Armenian word, when it is no longer used in Armenian. Boycott Turkish products!

The Boycott of Turkish Products will help Armenia more then it hurts Turkey! Turks are very nationalistic (even more so than Armenians) to the point of being chauvinists. Turks get pissed very easily when somebody says anything anti Turkish, and as often been the case they implicate themselves even more. So the boycott will have more of a psychological impact then an economical impact in Turkey. More so, as someone pointed out earlier, the benefit of providing alternatives (Made in Armenia) can benefit Armenians economy significantly. BTY Somebody had suggested to boycott GAZOZ, GAZOZ is not a Turkish company, nor is it a product of Turkey. It is bottled in California, by an Armenian. I don’t know why he named it GAZOZ, the Turkish word for “soft drink”.
