I think no one should blindly trust his physician's opinion, especially when it comes to having any type of surgery. It's always a good idea to do your own research and get a second opinion. I saved this list for myself a little while ago because I was considering this surgery too, and one doctor was ready to go ahead with the surgery, but the other one told me not to have it because my eyes were very dry and the condition would get worse after lasic.

I think they relax it with strong chemicals and heat for a few hours and that's the most damaging thing you can do to your hair. Why are you trying to straighten your hair anyway? It sounds like you have thick curly hair and lots of people would kill for that look! I personally think that straight hair is boring.

Depends on what you mean by "sees plenty". Dating and sleeping around are two completely different things. I think it's normal and healthy for both men and women to date plenty of people to learn what they are looking for before settling down with the right person. That's my definition of "seen plenty". I wouldn't want to marry someone who has never dated any girls especially if he's in his mid twenties and older. On the other hand, I wouldn't marry someone who has slept around with too many women either. It's all about one's values and respect for his/her partner. One thing that I don't believe in is passing judgments on others.
