I feel like im floating on air after I do yoga. It's the most beautiful feeling. You feel like your body and mind have been cleansed from top to bottom, finger tip to finger tip, but thats if you incorporate the spiritual aspect of it with the physical. It's always lovely to take little breaks of meditation in between yoga poses too. But then again, if you don't believe in or want the spiritual, the physical can definitely help you regardless.http://gogortilozforum.com/style_emoticons/default/newicon7.gif
