The Performing Arts Center is offering a Fall Sale on tickets for the Armenian community, presenting the celebrated Chookasian Armenian Concert Ensemble, Armenia's National Gold Medal Award Recipients, with tickets at 1/2 off our usual price! ÝFeatured in an electrifying, two-day Armenian Heritage Concert Series, the events will take place on Saturday, Nov. 13 and Sunday, Nov. 14 in the Performing Arts Center. Chookasian Armenian Concert Ensemble and Dancers Saturday, November 13, 8 pm and Sunday, November 14, 2 pm Tickets $45 seats now $22.50- $30 seats now $15 (Children $15 now $7.50) (1/2 price tickets available until November 2 or until we're Sold Out!) The Chookasian Armenian Ensemble will play music from both Eastern and Western Armenian musical selections. The Ensemble was awarded the Armenian Gold Medal Music Award, thereby making them the only musical group in the United States to receive such an honor from the Armenian government. Saturday1Äôs performance will feature the talented, high-energy Zvartnots Dance Group, known in Los Angeles for their appearance with Armenian pop diva Nune. Sunday matinee will feature 11-year-old petit violin virtuoso Ani Bukujian, a student of Horace Mann School in Glendale, and piano accompanist Marina Simonyan.
