Here is the secret to get anybody. Find out what he likes and ask him a question about it. No matter how shy he or she is, that will make him talk all night. If you can put up with that for more than 2 hours than maybe you should ask him out.....

Hi, I am looking for keyboard player for an Armenian band. You don't have to do much just play the bass line and some cords while the oud player carries the main melody. Of course if you can also play the melodies that's great but we don't have any sheet music so you must be able to play by ear.
