Whilst this whole thread has made interesting reading for this particular newbie - it leaves me wondering whether the "Armenianess" of the Diaspora in fact really matters in the scheme of things. Surely the only true Armenian identity worth preserving belongs to the culture that is prevalent in Armenia?
