I would like to know if the pictures of the Genocide, taken by Armin Wegner and John Elder are in the public domain. Can anyone print them free of charge ? Are the copyrighted and permission is needed to print them? Please I need to KNOW and NOT how YOU THINK it is. Thanks in advance for all your answers.
