dude i could give a shit less about makin money. i do cause i want to thats it. and if i make money with it thats fine, if not then thats also ok, cause thats not my goal. to me art is storytelling, the reason i love storytelling is because i want to get through people. and even if only one person looks at my work and says whoever did this has passion and heart for it then i've achieved something.

all im trying to say is that it is a system. just becuase something is in the gallery doesn't mean its good. there are thousands of artists out there who never get the opportunity to show their work. does that mean they aren't good? i dont know you answer that. im not here saying what is good or bad, and i dont have the right uless i am speaking for myself.

alright people look how can you compare picasso to pollock you cant, they had different intentions. and as far as saying pollock just threw paint on the canvas then you have absolutely no idea about him do you. if you did your research you would know that pollock had his paintings planned out before he painted them, sure everything wasn't planned out but the basic lay out was. how do i know because after he passed away they did research on his paintings like an x ray thing where you can look through layers and they found paths on the canvas drawn with pencil and guess what the paint followed the same paths. pollock was a disciplined artist.

when i say no boundaries i mean there are no limits to art

alright look people, this is all my opinion just letting you know. you are all talking about great artists like Dali, van gogh, gorky and bla bla bla, k they're all great, i have alot of respect for what they have done, but just pause for a second and ask yourself who defines what is great art? who are the great artists? and why and how did they become so great? art is not always about the finished work, its about the process. what you people dont realize is that artists are the greatest liars out there. when you look at a painting its just paint on surface, dont you get it, nothing more. paint on canvas. the reason you as the viewer look at a painting and identify it as things you know is becuase u are taught to look at that way. when i draw its nothing but scribbles on paper. sure i organize it, but the bottom line is its line on paper. its an illusion. there is nothing beautiful about it. art is about process. on top of that there is no such thing as good or bad art. and if you do say there is good and bad art ask yourself for who? how do u define good and bad? who defines it for who? yes it sounds complicated but thats what art is. its complicated bs. lets be honest there is no one definition for art and who is to say your definition is better than mine, or mine is wrong and yours is right. as long as art does not have one defintion, then it has no boundaries, and something that doesn't have boundaries cannot be defined. am i glad that anything can be art? no im not, but thats what it is.

hey Armat can u take the tiem and tell me what is good art and what is bad art, im an artist myself and i cant really say what is good or bad unless im talking about my own personal taste, but i wanna hear what u consider good and bad.
