Hyebruin, If you think guys are creeps here , they're ten times worse there . I went to Armenia about 5 years ago to visit my family whom I hadn't seen for most of my life. Guys kept on flirting with me left and right (all Rabiz by the way ), yes some were married. I bet the only reason they were doing this was because I was from the States, and they would do anything to get here (how did they know I wasn't a local, I have no idea). I'm not saying there aren't any dissent guys in Armenia, but just be careful.

ooooh Sip...looks like you got yourself an admirer! LOL Seriously - Extra Hye - I think you've made some good points here. Of course living in the States these factors of where your family was from should be less. There certainly are (cultural) diferences (but really now...your here in the USA...) - and some like challenges anyway and like to take on & learn new things etc. I would say forget this guy - and ask yourself - do you want someone with his close minded attitudes anyway? Sounds to me that you are beyond such and wouldn't be happy with him - particualrly in the long run. So don't settle for such - I'm sure that you can do better...good luck! (Sip lives in Wisconsin BTW...yes its cold and bleak up there...but I'm sure he will warm things up fine for you there...LOL ) Wow, how did you guess Thoth . Was I being that transparent.. LOL Your right, I don't need anyone that's close minded like that. It's just we got along so well, it seemed like we've known each other for years. I did care at first, but not anymore. True, but most of us were born or raised in the United States. I could be wrong, but more Armenians have a lot more in common now then they used to. None taken, It's just that something like this had never happend to me before. I was just asking if this was a commen thing. fixed quotes. Harut
