Earlier he was in Moskov and Germany.He is original from Armenia from Ararat Region. After the fighting in Karabah war he went to Germany as a Kurdish refugees. He is Armenian but maybe don't use his Armenian surname. Arsen is very similar to Paryur Sevak or even some people thing that he has something from black man. Maybe he will read this forum because he love computers very much and maybe sometimes surf on internet.Maybe some of you live in The Netherlands and can advise us how we can find him.Or maybe..
