Garo
You guys asked about everything except whether it happens with Internet Explorer or with everything that appears on the screen I think a virus can not blur only images that appear on the screen for the whole system simply because everything that appears on the screen is an image even the text and to make a virus to do that someone has to include OCR features in the virus that will analyze everything that is painted on the screen and will blur only unrecognized portions of the screen. If the problem happens with Internet Explorer only then it might be some kind of IE plugin that gets access to the browser's data objects and can manipulate with what appears inside the browser window. Just like Google Toolbar's autofill feature that highlights the form fields' background if it can fill it in with stored value. If it happens with Internet Explorer only then I would suggest to try to use Netscape Navigator or Opera to see how they show the web pages. Garo
Try to install and run this program Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.2 If you update it after installing and run it to check your system the chances are high that it'll solve your problem. Arakadz
If you use Internet Explorer, you might want to turn off Smart image dithering Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools menu, select Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the Multimedia section. You will see a checkbox that says "smart image dithering." Uncheck the box if it's checked. Then click on apply. If it still doesn't work, go to the same place and try unchecking the Enable Automatic Image Resizing box and see if that works. gurgen
You talking poop Gevo, Mozilla is an amateur browser that can never live up to Opera. Opera works fine if you have the newest version and install the necessary plugins.
