Government to give territory to Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia Fo

Due to the necessity of ensuring the necessary legal bases for further effective implementation of the Microsoft Innovation Center program, today, the Executive has adopted a decision “On the return of real estate, the conclusion of an agreement on the free use of the territory and the donation of movable property. ”

It is proposed to withdraw the territory in Yerevan’s Teryan Street from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and give it to the Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia Foundation for 20 years with free right to use.
