«Պահանջարկը հաշվի առնելով մենք նախագծել ենք սարքը՝ ռազմական ստանդարտներին համապատասխան: Եվ ցերեկվա համար է, եւ գիշերվա: Ջերմադիտակը մարդկանց ինֆրակարմիր տիրույթում արձակած ճառագայթման հիման վրա կառուցում է ջերմային պատկեր: Բացի այդ՝ մեր սարքը նաեւ կատարում է անընդհատ տեսագրում ռեալ ժամանակում»,- NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ընկերության տնօրեն Արամ Եդիգարյանը՝ նշելով, որ սարքը կարող է մարդկանց՝ հայտնաբերել և ճանաչել տարբեր հեռավորություններից կախված տեսախցիկի տեսակից:

Սարքը, տնօրենի խոսքով, ոչնչով չի զիջում արտասահմանյան նման սարքերին, ավելին՝ առավելություններ ունի. «Նույն տեսախցիկով, նույն ֆունկցինով արտասահմանյան սարքը երկու անգամ ավելի թանկ է, բացի այդ՝ մենք գտնվում ենք Հայաստանում, իր անսարքությունները անհամամետ շատ արագ կարող ենք վերականգնել որեւէ խնդրի դեպքում»:

Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հետաքրքրված է «Աստրոմափս» ընկերության արտադրանքով: ՕԴ-2 դիտարկման–տեսագրման օպտիկա-էլեկտրոնային համակարգը նախարարությունում ցուցադրվել է մեկ ամիս առաջ:

«Ես եմ առաջարկել, ինձ հրավիրել են, ցուցադրել եմ, իրենց հետաքրքրել է: Բայց կարգ կա, որին պետք է հետեւեն: Պետք է համեմատություններ անեն, նոր որոշեն, թե որն են գնում: Հիմա որոշում են՝ գնեն, թե ոչ»,- ասաց Արամ Եդիգարյանը:

Newspaper: Monitoring devices are installed at Karabakh border positions

YEREVAN. – Monitoring devices, by way of which the Armenian
position-holders are able to detect the movement of the adversary at
any time, have been installed at the border positions of the
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), according to Hraparak
newspaper.

“There were such devices previously, but in the military units, and
even then, not [in] all.

“In particular, one of the [Armenian politician] visitors to the
[military] positions in Askeran told us that the devices are designed
for night, as well as, and they perform the same function in darkness,
too.

“Those [Armenian politicians] who visited the border were informed
that the Artsakh DA [i.e. Defense Army] acquired these devices through
the donations that were made in the days of the war [which Azerbaijan
had unleashed against Karabakh] in [early] April,” Hraparak wrote.

ՀՀ ԶՈւ ավիացիայի վարչության ենթակա ուսումնական ավիացիոն էսկադրիլիայում հուլիսի 26-27-ին իրականացվել են ուսումնամարզական թռիչքներ, որոնց մասնակցել են ուսումնական էսկադրիլիայի օդաչու-հրահանգիչները եւ հրամանատարական կազմը:

Հայաստանի ՊՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ուսումնամարզական թռիչքների նպատակն էր ստուգել օդաչու-հրահանգիչների թռիչքային հմտությունները եւ հրահանգչամեթոդական պատրաստությունը:

Օդաչու-հրահանգիչները թռիչքների ընթացքում մեկ անգամ եւս հաստատել են պատրաստվածության բարձր մակարդակը:

Cross-stone eternalizing memory of Armenian captain killed during April war opened

YEREVAN, AUGUST 23, ARMENPRESS. A park and a crossstone dedicated to captain Hovsep Kirakosyan killed during April war unleashed by Azerbaijan have been opened in Apaga community of Armavir Province in Armenia. “Armenpress” reports Armavir’s Governor Ashot Ghahramanyan, Etchmiadzin Mayor Karen Grigoryan, representatives of Armed Forces and fellow villagers participated in the ceremony.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted by Hovsep Kirakosyan’s sons, 3-year old Erik and 4-year old Gegham.

On August 23 Hovsep would become 29 years old. He was from Apaga village of Armavir Province, but resided in Artsakh with family in the recent period.

At the moment the adversary attacked, early morning of April 2, Hovsep was at home. He only managed to tell his wife to take the children and hide in the basement, while he, leaving his wife and children at that crucial moment, hurried to his 25 soldiers.
