khodja
An eminent Armenian theologian writes an article in an Armenian newspaper, Asbarez, pleading with the Armenian public and institutions to stamp out homosexuality in it's ranks. This is like saying that we should stamp out blue eyes from our ranks. My cousin is a professional man in a same-sex relationship and has adopted two young daughters. I know this individual from a young age. I did everthing I could to interest him in one of the young beautiful women who were enamored of him, but to no avail. This is something set in stone, probably at birth. His brother, who was raised in the same household, has a beautiful young wife and two children. Rev. Dr. Tashjian, you can not stamp out something that is innate and therefore ordained by God. An educated man as yourself should know better. Or perhaps some conservative politcians have induced you to write this article to create political havoc for the more moderate Armenian politicians? Accelerated
quote:This is something set in stone, probably at birth. Its set in stone because society allows such behaviour and at times even condones it (eg. MardiGras). As far as I am concerned your cousin and his 'boyfriend' should be publicly shot as a lesson to others. Long live the Inquisition.
