But I have only been drinking diet sodas and pepsi one in the last couple of yeras. I often order ice tea (not sweetened) instead of soda at restaurants these days ... there is only some rare occasions that I will really crave a cool bubbly pepsi after a big meal to help me digest it all. Why don't you just start drinking regular tea every morning and every time after the dinner. That's what my family does. I think green tea would be better, you'll feel more relaxed. Many days I am awake till maybe around 3-5AM ... sleep till around noon on some days, other days get up 10ish or earlier ... wake up maybe eat something quick (like leftovers or a piece of toast etc) maybe not ... I eat at fairly random times during the day. But it's not like I will have regular "meals". Some days I might eat a big meal at the buffet early in the day and not much after that. Other days I might constantly eat small things here and there all day. It really varies. I don't think I could have hot tea every day ... I may have one or two here and there (especially in winter). But now, it's primarily iced drinks for me. Today for example I made the best smoothie! I had a bunch of frozen strawberries and peaches .. some pinapple juice and some vanilla yogurt with a bit of OJ and Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmy! And not the kind where you get watery eyes or sneezing, but I get HUGE swellings on different parts of my body. I can take Benadryl for a day and it goes away but sure enough 4-5 days later I get it someplace else. The swellings have happened on my hands, feet, back, chest, back of the head(scared the crap out of me), tongue(had to go to the emergency room for that because I could not breath), and most recently on my left eye lids. I cant open my eye today… I missed this one. Azat, are you sure it is not something from your work building?
