On this last charge, may I be allowed to quote Sartre: "Let us not be afraid of repetition"; and paraphrase Voltaire: "I will go on repeating myself until people like you have become obsolete." More on repetition: May I suggest the following practical cure for your allergic reaction: Don’t read everything I write, only one out of ten, or one out of a hundred, or even a thousand. Even better: do yourself a favor and stop reading me altogether, Remember, my friends, indifference is the most devastating criticism, and silence the most punishing assessment.
