The dome is currently in disrepair. As employees of Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations noted, the dismantling works posed a great danger. Circus repair works were launched on August 1, 2011. According to the agreement signed with Yerevan Municipality, the works are carried out by Tashir group of companies, with the investment fund totaling USD 6 mln. MosJan Posted September 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 8, 2012 Պայթեցվեց Երևանի կրկեսի շենքը (տեսանյութեր) Երևանի Ագաթանգեղոսի 1 հասցեում քիչ առաջ Երևանի կրկեսի վերակառուցվող շենքի ապամոնտաժելու նպատակով իրականացվեցին պայթեցման աշխատանքներ։ Պայթեցման աշխատանքներն իրականացրեցին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ սակրավորները և պայթեցնողների մասնագիտացված խումբը։ Նշենք, որ հին կրկեսի փոխարեն կառուցվելու է նորը, որն նախորդից ավելի մեծ է լինելու: Բացի այդ, ըստ նախագծի, նաև այստեղ կլինի ստորգետնյա ավտոկայան: Կրկեսի նոր շենքի կառուցման աշխատանքները նախատեսված է ավարտել 2014 թվականի վերջին: Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 21-ին պայթեցվեց շենքի գմբեթը, սակայն շենքի տեխնիկական վիճակից ելնելով, որոշվել է շենքի կառուցումը սկսել հիմքից և քանդել նաև կանգուն պատերը, որոնք էլ հողին հավասարվեցրին այսօր: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The building of the Circus is destroyed completely. There was a plan to preserve the walls but the research showed that they were inefficient, so a decision was made to destroy the building completely and build a new one in the old form, using modern technologies.
