Guest
Cute. Very cute I think the most common answer you'll get to this is "look for signs" or "you'll just know". In my experience, that doesn't work very well. If you like someone, approach them, that's what I think. Makes no difference if you're a guy or a girl. Communicate, people, communicate....lolWalk up to the girl, tell her "I think you're adorable(substitute any other adjective in there, preferably NOT about looks) and I want to get to know you better. Do you think you'd be interested in getting to know me? I'd really like it if you could give this a shot. If not, it's O.K., I wanted to try" If she says "yes", great. If she says "no", oh well, better luck next time. Don't make this into a huge traumatic "oh-my-god-what- if-she-rejects-me" deal. Somehow, guys pick this up in adolescense and some grown men never grow out of it...lol...make sure you grow out of it Makes our job as women so much easier. Anyway, that's my opinion Gayane
Guest
Yes, just cut out the guess work and ask her out. Although I gotta admit I was the worst about this... It doesn't have to be a big formal date. If she likes you in a romantic way, she'll enjoy just going and getting some coffee or something. Then you can ask her out on a nice "real" date. If you're shy (like my wife and I), you'll just have to wait for third parties to shove you together with a girl!
Guest
I happen to be a verrrrry shy person....... I mean i guess there are girls that are intrasted in me and its evident, but im not too receptive so i just stand around like a dummy sayin hardly anything. I hope to maybe someday take that first step and acually TALK to a girl......lol.and the fact that i have a broken nose doesn't help either [This message has been edited by Alex Kornev (edited December 14, 2000).]
Guest
From one (sorta ex) shy guy to another, I've gotta pass along something I discovered in my dating years: Being shy attracts girls that are typically interested in challenges. They see your shyness as a challenge to them, so they are attracted. Problem is, once they get you to overcome your shyness, they may lose interest. I never understood why I was attracting girls that liked challenges, until one of them pointed out the above to me. You'll discover that the real quality girls don't play these sort of games. Guest
Since when is liking a challenge equal to playing a game? girl who likes a challenge, Gayancho p.s. and for god's sake don't ask her out for coffee, do be a little more creative.... it gets old being asked out for coffee after a while...lol...oh and one more thing, TALK to her...lol, it helps you know poor kid, I'm giving you advice on dating? I'M giving you advice on dating??...lol OK, disregard everything I said...lol, just kidding... shy guys are cute for a while, but that gets old too, at least for me (i love confident, assertive men)... so get over your shyness already or you're not marrying my sister!! lol..(you too mikey, it's high time YOU got over it...lol ) ok, i'm rambling, sorry me p.p.s. can you tell i'm done with finals?... lol..lol
Guest
Alex jan If If we knew the answer to this, then nobody at all would have any problems whatsoever in love at all!!!! I wish it was true but I don't know. Tell the truth if some claims to have all the answers the dont and find themselevs in messes. I dont even think any one really does.A funny thing happennes to be , a lot of times, That somebody fancied somebody else then they had absolutley no idea then whole time! And vice versa, that someone else liked some one and THEY had no idea. If someone has all the answers: PLEASE tell us, SOS! Guest
What Gayan said can work for the girls, it is a painfull fact that the girls can get very easy a guy, but a guy should do all his best and take risks, therefore I agree with Artur that the girls should be modest and don't abuse their "girl power" on us poor guys. In the Hell i am living "Holland"if a guy approaches a girl, even in a proper way, can be sued and punished for sexual harrassment and stuff. This is no bullshit there are several cases when it's happened , usually if the guy is a darkhaired white (caucasin I mean by white)guy, it is the case.Holland is a paradice for the guys like the Dutch assholes, the blacks, the drugsdealers, the murderers and other criminals a paradice but for the guys of a high class culture it is a hell. What I do is that I ignore the Dutch girls, and act as I'm refusing them, from the other side I get close to the international exchange students in Holland (usually they are Spanish) who are not full of shit as the Dutch chicks, by this I make those Dutch chicks jealous, anyway the dutch chicks are not hyginic and I don't like them anyway I just want them feel bad that they are getting ignored, I like darkhaired white (caucasian girls) or Latino's.
