MosJan Posted December 21, 2011 Report Share Posted December 21, 2011 91 fallen freedom-fighters families will celebrate New Year in new apartments in Artsakh Today in Artsakh capital the regular meeting of the state commission on the housing program coordination was held, which was held by the head of the commission, the prime-minister of Artsakh Ara Harutunyan. On the agenda there was one main issue for discussion – the apartments allocation in Stepanakert to the families of the fallen freedom-fighters. As it had become known, in accordance with the made decision, 91 families will celebrate New Year in new apartments. 47 families had received one-room apartments, 21 families – so-called 1.5-room apartments, 20 more families will receive two-room apartments and 3 families will receive three-room apartments. The decision is being made based on the legal documents, after long discussions of all the factors, such as a social status and the housing conditions of the families. The sex of the children was also considered. Thus, if the family consists of the widow of the freedom-fighter and the daughter, one-room apartment had been allocated, and if son and a daughter – two-room apartment.
