To play there as a guest is free (unlimited amount of unrated games). That will have a reason, but I can't explain it to you. You'll see it works great once you try it out, lots of handy commands to play chess, generate info or communicate. Some of them can also be found as options under the main menu. This chessclub is a like a complete world of it's own, but in a different dimension.
