bellthecat Posted March 25, 2002 Report Share Posted March 25, 2002 There is probably a neat little business waiting to be set up supplying Armenian books (by which I mean books printed in Armenia) to the rest of the world (by which I mean both Armenians and non-Armenians), if the payment problems were able to be overcome. For example, there are several Turks on ebay who sell new Turkish books at hugely inflated prices. You would think that only an idiot would pay 20 dollars for a book that you can buy in Istanbul for 5 dollars - but people do because there is no other way of obtaining them without actually going to Turkey!
