As you already know, journalist Ernest Vardanyan, citizen of Moldova, has been under arrest in a separatist republic of Transdniestr, ex region of Moldova for more than 3 weeks.The bogus charges of treason is unbelievable. Ernest is a patriotic and dedicated member of Open Armenia chat forum under the nickname of Desperado Xaisky, and for over the year actively participated in the discussions concerning various issues in Armenia, Diaspora and Armenians in general. It is sad and unfortunate to see a smart, young Armenian journalist to be locked up up to 20 years on idiotic and horrific charges of treason, just because he was planning to work at the United Nations as an accredited journalist.I hope your support and contributions will help to win his freedom. As of today, Ernest has been isolated by local authorities and security apparatus, and he was repeatedly denied to be represented by a legal council. His wife and two small children also need your help and contributions. Let us help one of our Armenian internet chat room friend, great journalist, exemplary Armenian and a great guy, Ernest Vardanyan.
