Does it say where that khozi zavak/ ibn khanzir (one of the worst swear words in the Islamic culture) is being sent? How about hog-land/hryastan, khozanots (is that synonymous to "bozanots"?), where he can intermingle with his kin, the other "khozi zavak" turks? Do turks eat pork? I guess not. It would be canniblism. In some Klilikian dialects turkish boys were known as "lakot/lekut" and the girls- "khzak"(porky). One wonders why!! AVO
Press Release of Senator Menendez ADMINISTRATION WITHDRAWS ARMENIAN AMBASSADOR NOMINEE, SEN. MENENDEZ WELCOMES NEWS Menendez had placed hold on Hoagland's nomination over unwillingness to acknowledge Armenian genocide Friday, August 3, 2007 WASHINGTON – The Bush Administration announced today that it has withdrawn the nomination of Richard Hoagland for the position of Ambassador to Armenia. U.S. Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ), a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee who had placed a hold on the nomination, released the following statement: "This is certainly welcome news,” said Menendez. “The Bush Administration did a terrible disservice to the Armenian people and Armenian Americans when they removed our previous Ambassador to Armenia simply because he recognized the Armenian genocide. It was clear that their nominee to fill his place was controversial. I hope that our next nominee will bring a different understanding to this issue and foster a productive relationship with our friends in Armenia.” Robert Mendez deserves a statue, right in front of the US Embassy building, or at least a street named after him. Today my mexican gets paid double Mos jan, just the fact that they finally withdrew his nomination is a victory in itself, from now on every US ambassador to Armenia is going to get questioned on his stand on Armenian Genocide. Unless of course US government officially recognizes it, which is very likely. hopfully lavatesutyuns darna heratesutyun edit: I know that his Cuban, but there are no Cuban's in LA. gamavor
This administration is "SLOW" in every possible sense of the word. It was obvious that he cannot serve as American ambassador in Armenia from day one.
