I know this might sound kind o' strange coming from the #1 tata admirer that I am and always will be (jaanaaaaaa!)aahhhh...(yes! I am barsgahye ....so what do you all think about Eminem??...I'm very curious to see how he is perceived amongst armenians...and please share YOUR opinion and not necessarily the one the media projects! I'm getting more curious as I type! !---->on the side: doesn't this guy---> emulate Tata? and this cutie--> belongs in W.Hollywood!! I don't even want to know who or why someone came up with this one!---> It's either a lot of anger or some kind of funky/wild fetish! (Notice how cool the other(yellow) one is...he probably said "Bite Me!" ... I'm just messing around...so what do we think about Eminem without getting all sidetracked here!! I think he is one of the very few that the words to his "raps" make sense to me. One of my most favorites of course is stan ... I am not a HUGE eminem fan, but I think he definitely deserves all the attention that he is getting. The other thing I like about him, is that he is able to play the media to get maximal exposure for himself. I say, more power to him. As far as his music videos, I absolutely LOVE them! Not only Tata looks ugly to me but even sounds more ugly when he sings. Sorry but I am on the same sex so I can’t find the attraction, the bolding head, the outdated hair style, whatever is left. Come to think about it Turks have better taste in music then we do. I was in HMV yesterday and happened to listen some Turkish contemporary music and I must admit it was great. If the Turks can make better music why can’t we? Why should we sound Turkish musically and why don’t the Turks copy us? I really loathe cheap Turkish “Armenian” rabiz infused music. Don't get me wrong, I am definitely no where near a hyebruin-caliber TATA fan, but I think when it comes to party "Armenian" style, TATA is probably as good as it gets. What do we think about E M I N E M??? And for the Tata/Nune comparison...what can I say? you cannot compare apples and oranges!!! Nothing personal, but she seems a little uptight...even if she wanted to dare I say! stray from the traditional Armenian style..people would disown her as a singer!! So, none of us really really can be sure if she would like to step to the "rabiz" level at times and sing something different...or if she really enjoys where she's at right now?!.....One more thing: I do NOT! classify Tata as rabiz!! He's in a category of his own I defer you to the big tata headed subject right here in the 'music' corner where he is much loved and praised What about EMINEM????????? And was wondering what type of Armenian music he sings. Gosh, I feel like a fool. Then I realized who you were talking about. I have to say that I do not like his music, not just his but rap in general. However all my little cousins are in love with his music and I have to say that this is the first time where I have seen some of their parents like his stuff as well. Which is something i did not expect from the older generation.
