My GetRight does not work...Is there a better way? Are you sure it is from Australia? normally Aust has .com.au extention... Any other sites like AML? I sent e-mail requesting some help and an album not online (Alen), and after 24 hours I got the reply and the album was online! They are realy COOL! I can read/write Armenian, Arabic, English and Turkish (Left from my grandfather as he only knew Turkish, and the only way I cound talk to him as a kid). I can also understank music in any language! and luv to listen.. from Armenian to Persian, from English to Russian or from Arabic to Greek... We have most contacts and our intention is to pay royalties to all artists, other wise we might as well close the site or call ourselves a 'warez' site.Our current web site is already filled over 10Gb! To cover costs we had to introduce subscription costs, and that charge will include royalties.Having low quality songs did not attract any sponsors to the site, nigther did listening to low quality songs did attarct any original CD buyers to keep the site going.We have not had any subscribers, yet, and we are not acepting any at this stage anyway, until we work out all copyright issues.We were expecting this (everyone wanting everting for free). AML Posted January 15, 2003 Report Share Posted January 15, 2003 Dear Vatchoog,Most ppl can just go to the shop and listen/buy the CD, but there are some parts of the world where it is simply not possible, as there are NO shops. Here, on AML site, they can at least have a listen then decide to buy via any online shop, like narek.com.Not everyone is previlaged like you, hence why we try to exist. We purchase CD ourselves, and few artists have already send in their CDs. To keep the site running and adding to the library costs us money, and a $1 donation makes a big difference as it all goes to extend our library for ALL to enjoy.If you don't want to donate, that is fine, you don't have to.
