Guest
I thought Boka lives in NY because when he lived in LA he sang a song in turkish and the Armenians beat him up so as a result he moved to NY.
Guest
Alex, no problem with me, Garo though gets after me occasionally for switching into Farsi! Here I go whining again huh Garo, and I have been so good lately!

Guest
I don't know if it happened to Boka or not, but I know for a fact that another Armenian musician has been threatened in LA for singing turkish songs. He will now only play turkish instrumentals, or will scan the room first before singing a word of turkish. Crazy stuff. Guest
Boka lived in NY initially but did not find too much popularity among the Russians there (as he had hoped) so he moved to LA about over a year ago. Guest
Boka is not a guy that will be threatened by some punks! Boka is very respected guy not only by listeners but respect in Criminal world (Vorovskoi).Sulamita, what kind of song are you listening??? :) "A teper' sighu na golix narax, u menya est' xleb i vse chto xochesh, tol'ko net svobodi Dorogaya, Ax Mama Jan vot kakaya Dolya Vorovskaya"
Guest
Alex you are right. Boka is amazingThis guy's songs enter your heart vey deep. If you listen to his songs, slow songs mostly, they always have some sad sides and Boka using his lyrics touches your heart with those songs. He is the best! A Eto nebo, eto vi moi druz'yaA Eti zvezdi, pozbit' mne vas nel'zyaA eti gori, vi xraniteli moi, moei vechnoi i prekrasnoi lyubvi. Ya v etu pesnyu dushu vsyu svoyu vloghilI posvetil, toi kotoruyu lyubil... Man i gave my both CDs to Azeri guys, i'm gonna call them to bring sometime. I think Azeris like him more than Armenians.
