What he must know, possess etc.? WHO do u think was/is a great leader? Why? 2.What do u think of a collective leadership? Is it of any good or not? How it should be formed? 3.What do u think of Lenin’s collective leadership? 4.They say: “Leading/leadership is creating, managing is serving”. What do u think about this? Thanks for your time!
