Development of Armenian policy consistent with the PCA, focusing on trade & investment, business environment, public administrative reform and good governance. Continuation of the Armenian Economic Trends publication. The overall objective of the project "Establishment of the European and International Law Chair in the Yerevan State University and PCA promotion, Armenia" is Partnership & Cooperation Agreement (PCA) promotion and securing the availability of qualified professionals to pursue the legal approximation process. Particularly, the contract activities include aims to launch the PCA awareness campaign and assist the Yerevan State University in establishment of an interfaculty chair of European and International Law. Your qualifications All experts (long and short term) shall have a university degree in law, economics or public administration and proven experience (at least 10 years) with legal approximation to EU law, macro-economic and trade issues. Other qualifications and skills: Work experience in transition countries, preferably in the CIS, would be an asset Fluent in written and spoken English Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage Nationality of one of the EU Member States or of the beneficary countries of Tacis- and Phare-Programme is required.
