bellthecat
This white, brand new looking building was, before the latest "restoration" to be inflicted on Armenia's medieval monuments, one of the the oldest churches in Artsakh, the celebrated Tzitzernavank basilica that dated from the 5th - 7th century. Is the large (and equally new) gap in the church's fortified enclosure wall there so that the mafiosi who paid for the "restoration" can drive his mercedes right up to the entrance? http://masis.am/photos/lr/318.jpg
