Actually, "Ayo" is not Armenian. It is the Latin "Ayos". The real Armenian "Yes" is "Ha".

Manghal is Turkic with a Persian root. Sounds like "Ma:ngyo:l" when Turks say it. That's how Uyghurs say it for example.

Voch is Armenian along with che. And if you noticed "voch" is not that artificial like "Ayo".

Nairi, that "k@kel en meje" part was hillarious :D

Ayo!

Voch!

Ha!

Che!

Those two last ones put together sounds like the way dogs speak.

It is obvious from the word structure that "manghal" is Arabic. That is exactly what my Persian dictionary says. They spell it as "manQal" (I can't reproduce that sound, it is that deeply guttural harsh "gh"). It goes on saying it mean "brazier. chafing dish"

Looking under "brazier" the Arm. dictionary gives-krakaran and manghal. Looking for Manghal in Soukiasian's synonyms it sends one to "krakaran" where one of the synonyms is "manghal" amnong many, mostly based on "krak" but I found it interesting that they also list "kaskara, kaskarak and kaskaran", not to forget "ojakh" as well.

As to ayo, voch, ha and che got to Language.

You'll be surprised as I was.

since everyone is too offtopic...

չէ/[che] more precisely translates not into no, but into isn't. this form of negation can be found in a number of languages (irish comes to mind).

btw, this has been discussed at least once before in the forum. for all of interested, i'd suggest search and read it... and post a link here.... so i can refresh my memory too.
