About owning land, MosJan & Rubo, if Diaspora Armenians were to buy up land in the liberated territories especially, Kovsakan and start up farms they would be a great help to the people there. However, the government of Artsax will not cooperate! they will not allow Diasporans or Armenians to own land. Karabagh government owns the land and will only rent the land to investors.
