Old fashion Tolma. Cut 2 chicken breasts by knife 1/2" x1/2". Cut 10 leg thighs . Mince 1/3 of it. It will act as an binding agent. You can use beef chicken or veil meat... add you favorite spices and ready to go... cutting graves unique taste and texture...
