In the 80's there was a minister of health in the Mitterand government called Hercule Nope. Is this NOPE related to the former health minister ? The definition of NOPE is "No" NOPE means "No" So now you know - NOPE means "No" NOPE is an acronym, abbreviation or slang word that is explained above where the NOPE definition is given. so - dear Arziv - now that you know what NOPE means, and I trully hope next time when someone says NOPE you will not talk about Sakrozi cabinet NOPE and Hercule NOPE... p.s. no one can be as good of a sarcast artist as Arpa! please don't try.
