You mean it is "etched in stone" indelible, un-erasable?
We saw in other posts that some are defining
Protocols as Արձանագրութիւններ
Some people should relearn the Armenian Lnguage from scratch I mean from the "Stone Age".
How?
See the origin and etymology of the word.
Greek prōtokollon, a sheet glued to the front of a manuscript. Consider the word “collage”.

How is it that some of us are using «արձանագրութիւն» ? One source rightfully defines the term as “ïnscription”. Look what the Armatakan says. According to which it is the “inscription” chiseled and inscribed on boundary markers, steles, which makes it un-erasable, indelible (un-deletable) just like some wild and domestic animals will demarcate their boundaries (kingdoms) by leaving their "scent-urine" on certain landmarks http://www.billfound...rant-freeze.jpg
Just as the proverbial “etched in stone”.
Based on the Greek “proto-kollon” (pre-pasted, pre-glued) should not we find another word for it?
How about նախա փակցուացք, նախաթերթ, նախաբան, or even նախապայման-pre-condition.
