Unfortunately, the video is not available in English. At the time of capturing Berlin during WW 2, he was colonel and commander of 11 tank corps of the Red Army which had to take Berlin. The colonel nicknamed by the Germans as the "Black Panther" proposed to widen the offensive not only on the ground but underground as well, so his detachments went in the Berlin metro where thousands of civilians were hiding. The nazis figuring out what is going on bombed out the water gateways in the hope to flood the metro tunnels. Babajanyan ordered the termination of the offensive and ordered his troops to help civilians get out of the metro stations.
